Hughesnet system control center not working

HughesNet recommends doing this overnight,

10-30-2017 08:10 AM. Sorry for the confusion, meant wifi password on back of modem. New to HughesNet and I could not mannually connect to wifi using password on back of modem. So I compared the Password Setting to the modem label. Label has one capital letter and the wifi password shown in the System Control Center does not. It must be a misprint.1.) Connect PC to HT2000w direct via cable, 192.168..1 pops right up. a.) Usage meter in sys tray works. b.) Usage meter shortcut on desktop clicks but never opens. c.) The hard cable connection would drop connectivity every minute or so and require replugging the cable. VERY strange.I can get to the router setup, but not system control center. I've tried setting the dns to Google's, and setting it to get from ISP. Nothing works. At least nothing beyond the router works. I've power cycled, and rebooted in the router setup. I'm afraid there is a problem with modem since I can't get to system control center.
